preserve meaningful moments and build shared rituals.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,

The company identified above is responsible for deciding
how and why personal information is processed through
ToYou.
2. Who may use ToYou
ToYou is intended to be used and managed by parents,
guardians or other authorised adults.
Children should not independently create an account,
purchase a subscription or submit personal information
without the involvement and permission of a parent or
legal guardian.
3. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you choose to use, ToYou may
process the following information:
Account information, such as an adult’s name, email
address, authentication information and preferred
language.
Family profile information voluntarily entered by the
account holder, such as family member names, age ranges,
interests and relationships.
Content you create or upload, including stories,
prompts, answers, photographs, audio recordings,
memories and descriptions.
App activity, such as selected features, completed
activities, preferences and interaction history.
Technical information, such as device type, operating
system, app version, IP address, crash information and
basic security logs.
Subscription and transaction information. Payments may
be processed by Apple, Google or another authorised
payment provider. ToYou does not normally receive your
complete payment-card details.
Messages you send to customer support.
4. Information about children
Family content may include information relating to a
child when it is provided by a parent or guardian.
This may include a child’s first name, age range,
interests, voice, photograph or details used to
personalise an activity.
The adult account holder is responsible for deciding
what information to provide and for having the necessary
authority to provide it.
We do not intend to use children’s personal information
for behavioural advertising or to sell it to third
parties.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
Create and maintain your ToYou account.
Generate personalised stories, activities, questions,
illustrations, audio or other requested content.
Store and organise family memories and preferences.
Operate subscriptions and provide purchased services.
Respond to support requests and service messages.
Protect the service, prevent abuse and investigate
technical or security incidents.
Understand general product performance and improve
ToYou.
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory duties.
6. Legal bases
Where European data-protection law applies, we process
personal information on one or more of the following
grounds:
Performance of a contract:
when processing is necessary to provide the features
or subscription you requested.
Consent:
when you actively choose to provide optional content
or enable a feature requiring permission.
Legitimate interests:
for service security, fraud prevention, product
reliability and carefully limited product improvement.
Legal obligations:
when information must be processed or retained by law.
7. AI-generated features
Some ToYou features may use artificial-intelligence
service providers to generate stories, images, audio or
other personalised material.
Information submitted to these features may be securely
transmitted to the relevant provider only as necessary
to generate the requested result.
Before launch, this section will identify the exact
providers used by ToYou and describe their role.
8. When information may be shared
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with carefully selected service
providers that help us operate ToYou, including:
Cloud hosting and database providers.
Authentication and security providers.
AI-generation and media-processing providers.
Payment and subscription platforms.
Error monitoring and product analytics providers.
Customer-support and communications providers.
Providers may use information only for the agreed service
and subject to applicable contractual and security
requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required,
to protect users or the service, or as part of a lawful
business restructuring.
9. International transfers
Some service providers may process information in a
country different from the country where you live.
Where required, we use recognised legal safeguards for
international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or
approved contractual protections.
10. How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably
necessary to provide ToYou, fulfil the purposes
described in this policy, resolve disputes and comply
with legal obligations.
User-created family content is generally retained while
the account remains active, unless the account holder
deletes the content or requests account deletion.
Certain transaction, security or legal records may be
retained for a longer period when required by law or
reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards
designed to protect information against unauthorised
access, alteration, loss or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Account holders should use a secure password and protect
access to their devices.

Request deletion of your information.
Restrict or object to certain processing.

13. Account and content deletion
You may delete individual content within ToYou where
that option is available.
You may also request deletion of your account and
associated personal information through the
Delete Account link on this website or
by emailing

.
We may need to verify the request before completing it.
Some limited information may remain where retention is
legally required or necessary for security and fraud
prevention.

The ToYou website may use essential technologies needed
for security, language preferences and basic website
functionality.
If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced,
visitors will receive appropriate information and choices
before those technologies are used where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as ToYou develops,
legal requirements change or new features are introduced.
The current version will remain available on this website.
If a change is significant, we may also provide notice
within the app or by email.

1. Eligibility
ToYou is designed to be managed by parents, legal
guardians and other authorised adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age
of legal majority in the country where you live, to create
an account, purchase a subscription or enter into an
agreement with ToYou.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you are authorised to provide any family or child-related
information submitted through your account;
your use of ToYou does not violate any applicable law
or regulation.
Children may participate in activities presented through
ToYou only under the supervision and responsibility of
an adult account holder.
Children must not independently create an account, purchase
a subscription or submit personal information without the
involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
Some ToYou features require you to create an account.
When creating or managing an account, you agree to provide
information that is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login details;
protecting access to your devices;
all activity carried out through your account;
keeping your contact and account information up to date.
You must not share your account credentials with anyone who
is not authorised to use your account.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without
permission, you should contact ToYou support as soon as
possible.
We may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the
account before providing access, changing account details
or processing certain requests.
You may close your account through the account settings
available within the ToYou application.
Deleting the application from your device does not
automatically cancel an active subscription or delete your
account.
3. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
ToYou may offer free features, paid subscriptions,
promotional access or other purchase options.
The price, billing period and features included in a
subscription will be displayed before you complete your
purchase.
3.1 Automatic renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid
subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each
billing period.
Your selected payment method may be charged automatically
unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
3.2 App Store and Google Play purchases
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store
or Google Play, the purchase is processed by the relevant
platform.
Billing, payment confirmation, subscription management,
cancellation and refund requests may be subject to the
rules and procedures of Apple or Google.
You can normally manage or cancel these subscriptions
through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
3.3 Other payment providers
ToYou may also use authorised payment or subscription
providers for purchases made outside an app store.
In such cases, the name of the provider, applicable price
and billing conditions will be shown before payment.
3.4 Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the
platform or payment provider used to purchase it.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the
current paid billing period. You may continue using paid
features until that period ends.
Deleting your ToYou account or removing the application
from your device may not automatically cancel a
subscription processed by Apple, Google or another payment
provider.
You are responsible for cancelling the subscription through
the appropriate platform before the next renewal date.
3.5 Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the rules
of the payment platform used for the purchase.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play
are generally subject to the refund policies of Apple or
Google.
Where ToYou processes a payment directly, refund requests
will be reviewed according to applicable consumer law and
the conditions presented at the time of purchase.
3.6 Price and feature changes
ToYou may change subscription prices, billing options or
included features.
Where required, we will provide advance notice before a
price change applies to an existing subscription.
Continued use of a renewed subscription after a properly
notified price change constitutes acceptance of the new
price, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
4. AI-Generated Content
ToYou may use artificial-intelligence technologies to
generate personalised stories, illustrations, questions,
activities, audio, recommendations and other material.
AI-generated content is created automatically based on the
information and instructions submitted through the Service.
Because artificial-intelligence systems are probabilistic,
generated results may occasionally:
contain factual inaccuracies;
misunderstand a request or context;
produce unexpected, incomplete or repetitive results;
include content that is not suitable for every child,
family or situation.
The adult account holder is responsible for reviewing
generated material before presenting it to a child or
sharing it with another person.
ToYou does not guarantee that every generated result will
be accurate, unique, complete or appropriate for a
particular purpose.
AI-generated content is intended for storytelling,
creativity, family interaction and general educational
entertainment.
It is not intended to replace professional medical,
psychological, therapeutic, legal, educational or safety
advice.
You should not rely on AI-generated content when making
decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, financial
matters or other high-risk situations.
You must not intentionally use ToYou to generate content
that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory,
sexually explicit, violent toward children or otherwise
harmful.
5. Family and User Content
ToYou allows you to upload, create and manage family
content, including photographs, names, stories, voice
recordings, memories, preferences and other information you
choose to provide.
You retain ownership of the original content you submit to
the Service.
However, by uploading content to ToYou, you grant us a
limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store,
process, reproduce and display that content only to the
extent necessary to operate and improve the Service.
This licence automatically ends once your content has been
permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention
is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
you own the content or have permission to use it;
uploading the content does not infringe another person's
intellectual-property or privacy rights;
you have appropriate authority to upload photographs,
voices or information relating to children or other family
members.
ToYou does not claim ownership of your family memories,
photographs or recordings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ToYou responsibly and in accordance with
applicable laws.
You must not:
upload unlawful or harmful material;
upload child sexual abuse material or exploit children in
any way;
impersonate another person;
violate another person's privacy;
upload malicious software or viruses;
attempt to hack, reverse engineer or bypass security
measures;
interfere with servers or infrastructure;
use automated systems to scrape or copy the Service;
use ToYou to generate illegal, hateful, violent,
discriminatory or fraudulent content;
use ToYou in a way that may negatively affect other
users or the operation of the platform.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and
take appropriate action, including removing content,
restricting access or terminating accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
ToYou and all associated software, interfaces, graphics,
branding, trademarks, logos, designs, illustrations,
databases and source code are owned by ToYou or its
licensors.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark and
other intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use
the Service for personal, non-commercial family purposes.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
copy the Service;
sell or sublicense any part of it;
reproduce its design or functionality;
create derivative works;
remove copyright notices;
use ToYou trademarks without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ToYou's
intellectual property to you.
8. Service Availability and Updates
We continuously improve ToYou.
Features, design, pricing and functionality may evolve over
time as we develop the platform.
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee that
ToYou will always operate without interruption, delay or
technical issues.
Temporary outages may occur because of:
maintenance;
software updates;
infrastructure failures;
internet connectivity;
cloud-provider incidents;
security events;
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may release updates that modify or remove features,
improve performance or introduce new functionality.
Continued use of ToYou after an update constitutes
acceptance of those improvements and changes.
9. Third-Party Services
ToYou may integrate with or rely upon third-party
providers to deliver certain functionality.
These providers may include cloud infrastructure, payment
processors, artificial-intelligence providers, analytics,
crash reporting, authentication and app-store platforms.
Your use of those third-party services may also be governed
by their own terms and privacy policies.
While we carefully choose our service providers, ToYou is
not responsible for services operated independently by third
parties beyond our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
ToYou is provided with reasonable care and professional
attention. However, no digital service can guarantee perfect
accuracy, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToYou
is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
every AI-generated story, illustration or activity will be
completely accurate;
every generated result will be unique;
the Service will always be available without interruption;
every software defect can be prevented or corrected
immediately;
every feature will remain permanently available.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for reviewing
generated content before sharing it with children.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally
be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToYou shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special
damages arising from the use of the Service.
This includes, for example:
loss of data;
business interruption;
loss of profits;
device failures outside our control;
actions taken in reliance upon AI-generated content.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be
limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ToYou if we
reasonably believe that:
these Terms have been violated;
fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred;
the Service is being abused;
continued access creates security or legal risks.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you
before permanent termination.
You may stop using ToYou at any time by deleting your
account through the application settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in
which the ToYou operating company is legally registered,
except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require
otherwise.
If you are a consumer living in another jurisdiction, you may
continue to benefit from any mandatory legal protections
available under the laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms
ToYou may update these Terms from time to time to reflect
improvements to the Service, legal requirements, security
enhancements or new functionality.
The latest version will always be available through the
website and within the application.
The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document
indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Continued use of ToYou after updated Terms become effective
constitutes acceptance of those changes.
